Chantell Butler, health enthusiast, dancer and writer
Chantell is a health and spiritual enthusiast, having her own business in alternative healing. Born prematurely and with the most common form of Dwarfism, Achondroplasia, Chantell does her best to not let life's limitations stop her, and that includes movement, so when this dance opportunity came up through recommendation of a friend and fellow dancer, she couldn't resist. Dance, specifically this class, has helped her immensely in many ways. Being in Ukrainian Dance at the age of 10, and then throughout early High School, this is the only Dance Chantell has ever known, in her adult life.

Since her premature birth two months early, Chantell has had to rely on the medical systall her life; being in and out of the hospital almost constantly since day one, up until mid 2016. With now having 3 disabilities, Chantell makes others aware as much as she can on the stressors and impacts both negatively and positive on a person with disabilities, especially multiple and those disabilities that are invisible. Chantell seeks alternative methods to healing as much as she can, as the medical system can only get her so far at times. Having established her own business, Healing the Phoenix, in 2024, Chantell strives for change; as well as also having certifications in Reiki, Body Talk, and Numerology, as well as her continuous learning of the Rife machine, which is her new passion and business. Chantell loves to bake and cake decorating is her passion, with her niece and nephew being her whole world. She has played the piano for many years and also loves to sing, as noticed in her participation in a local Karaoke club for a few years. Chantell is also a published author, having written a piece for a local magazine regarding International Women's Day. Chantell is also the co-author of two books, of two anthologies A Little Perspective: REAL Stories of Little Ladies, and, Finally Free 2. Chantell aspires to continue on her writing journey, as she has many ideas for fiction novels, as well as is in the midst of writing her own autobiography, and has plans for children's books and series.
